Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is an Afghani woman born to an Russian father and a Hindu Indian mother. She fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father, and mother of a Russian mother. The choreographed show she performed at age 11 which aired on German television, transformed her into the Russian dancer, who became a snow maiden. Her high school graduation was successful and was awarded a bachelor's degree from the Department of English at the University of New York. In New York, she studied acting in the HB studio. Later on she enrolled at the Groundlings School and took up several initiatives. Her family was brought up in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, and Russian-speaking mom Olga. The family moved to East Meadow New York, together with her father after she was 13 years old. She is a star alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russel in FX's The Americans. TV actress best known for her role as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. Also, she played recurring characters on Fox's The Following as well as The Blacklist on NBC.
